1. Do you deliver across India?
Yes, we ship Pan-India through trusted courier partners like Bluedart, Delhivery, XpressBees, and more.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–6 working days.
Remote areas: 5–8 working days.
3. How can I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an SMS/email with your tracking ID and a link to track your order in real-time.
4. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for select pin codes. A small COD handling fee may apply.
5. What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and supported with a full unboxing video.
6. Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes. Personal care, perishable goods, customized items, and products marked “final sale” are not returnable.
7. How do I get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 8–15 working days after the returned item passes inspection. COD refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
9. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. A flat ₹49 fee applies to orders below ₹499.
